Adds temporal voting queues and aggregation logic for note and chord detection, improving stability and reducing spurious results. Enhances chord detection with new harmonicity, peak ratio, and separation checks. Introduces HPS-based fundamental frequency estimation. Updates SensitivityProfile with new tuning parameters. All changes aim to make detection more reliable and musically meaningful.
