Michal Vrba 48099e9de7 Add project docs, .gitignore, and solution items 
Added README, design spec, roadmap, and contributing guide for PokerRogue. Updated .gitignore with Visual Studio template. Introduced .slnx solution file to organize documentation under Solution Items.
